1. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions
All hosting plans and services billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) are processed automatically via the payment method selected at checkout (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card).
It is the client’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date if they no longer wish to continue using the service.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not make the payment eligible for a refund.
2. No Refunds for Active Services
If a service remains active at the time of billing and no prior cancellation request has been received, the payment is considered valid and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Web hosting plans
- Domain-related services
- Maintenance or support plans
- Any recurring digital service
3. Cancellation Policy
To avoid future charges, clients must cancel their subscription directly through their payment provider (e.g., PayPal) or through the client area if such an option is provided.
Cancellation requests sent after a payment has already been processed will only take effect for the next billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Refunds (Goodwill Only)
In rare cases, we may choose to issue a partial or full refund as a gesture of goodwill. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Examples may include:
- Duplicate payments
- Proven billing errors caused by our system
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Termination of the client account
We strongly encourage clients to contact our support team before opening any dispute so we can resolve the matter professionally.
